I have been working as a permanent makeup artist since early 2019 and am licensed by the state of Washington. I’ve now been certified six times for permanent eyebrow services and feel very evolved as both an artist and person since starting! I have a bachelors degree in interactive media focused in human centered design from the University of Washington. Fresh lips 😙 yes- you can get lip blush if you have filler. I love to two together. Just wait at least 4 weeks, you can also ask your injector.

A little goes a long way with cosmetic tattoos and your new brows should help balance and frame your face, not be the thing that overpowers all of your features.
