POLICIES:
For the benefit of the business and respect for all my clients, this policies will now be effective immediately:
•All new clients will now be required to make their first appointment at Vagaro.com/taohstudio
•A valid credit card will be required to be kept on file, in my secured system, to book any future appointments.
•You may modify or cancel your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.
•Less than 24 hours notice will be considered a “Late Cancellation” and will results in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
•There is a grace period of 15 minutes for your appointment. Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the schedule services even if there is not enough time for services to be rendered.
•If you do not cancel or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled services.
•Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the previous policies.
•As a courtesy, confirmation text and/or emails are sent out 48 hours in advance. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client. Thank you all!

A little behind-the-scenes salon update: we’re switching our professional color line back to Redken. ❤️
We went into using Innersense Color excited to try something new, and there were definitely things we loved about it. But after working with the line for a while, we realized it was limiting us in some of the areas that matter most to us behind the chair…especially when it comes to having the right shades and flexibility to create truly customized color.
And when you’re working with a wide range of hair types, textures, starting levels, and color goals, having options matters.
We don’t want our stylists having to work around the limitations of a color line. We want them to have the tools and range they need to formulate confidently and create the result they’re envisioning.
So… we’re going back to a line we already know, trust, and have years of experience with!

And before anyone panics…we are absolutely keeping Innersense styling products! 🩷 We still love them and they remain a big part of what we use and recommend for our curly clients.
So this isn’t a complete product overhaul. It’s simply us making a change to our color department that makes more sense for our team, our stylists, and the services we provide.
Same curl expertise.
Same commitment to customized color.
Just a color line that gives us a little more room to create. ❤️

It’s our 2nd year anniversary at our salon home!!!
Two years of beautiful curls, big changes, endless conversations, questionable decisions, and A LOT of hair. 😂
To every client who has sat in our chairs, trusted us with their curls, referred a friend, or supported TAOH Studio in any way: thank you! You’re the reason we get to keep doing this, and we genuinely appreciate every single one of you!! 🩷
