Lauren Hearon Massage

Keep me at the forefront of your mind…just in case you need a massage.

*Ignore the lint on my shirt 🙈*

Next week is my shorter week so if you need a later appointment soon, run over to my website to snag a spot while they’re there!

Massage therapists don’t just rub backs. We are fully trained in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and pathology. When you find a MT that actually cares about you, relief will follow.

It wouldn’t be a if it didn’t happen all the time. This is my PSA that massage should be your first choice when you have pain from movement. MTs should be your first opinion. Our mission is to solve the cause of the problem, not to manage symptoms. If we can’t help, we will refer you to someone that can.

One of my pet peeves: acting like finding trigger points is some kind of psychic ability. 😂

We literally have maps! Sharing knowledge doesn’t make you less skilled—it makes all of us better MTs. 🤍

PSA: I became a massage therapist because I like helping people feel better… not because I wanted to see everyone naked. 😂 Keep the drape on—I’ll uncover only what I need to work on.

**If you need anything addressed in your private areas, go see a doctor. That is out of our scope of practice.**

Contrary to popular belief, massage therapists don’t perform miracles…we just do really good work. 😅
