Oh Yaaass!! I'm Soo Happy I Made it to Cardio Drumming Today! 🥁🥁🥁
Got to Get 1 More Workout in Before My Cruise. 😉🙌🙌
Anyhoo, What An Awesome Class Today!! It Was Soo Packed That We Ran Out of Balls!! So Our Lovely Instructor Beth Used the Ball Disc Things Which Wasnt Easy!
And She Still Gave Us a Heck of a Workout!! 🥁💦

A Lady in Class Today Asked Me If I Was Doing a Documentary Because I Take Pics...... You Know I Guess I Am. 🤔
Truth Be Told I Am on a Weightloss and Fitness Journey. I Initially Started the Pics as an Acountability Thing for Myself, But Over Time it Has Grown into Something Else. Lots of People Let Me Know How They Enjoy My Workout Pics, Which Lead to Discussion About Fitness and Just Getting Healthy Overall. I Can Only Hope That Pics of My Journey Will Inspire Someone to Just Get Out and Get Moving Like I Did. We All Have to Start Somewhere! 🥰
So Get Out and Enjoy this Beautiful Day Guys!! 🎉👍
