Healing Hive Massage and Energy Work

We had such a blast at the annual NOCO Women in Business R.I.P. Party last night! Great connections, fantastic costumes, and an inspired keynote speaker! RIP to all the things that hold us back from making our dreams come true 💫

And I had way too much fun honoring the late and great, iconic Tim Curry 🫦👠🧪✨

There’s honestly so much to be angry about right now. Whether current events and tragedies, personal experiences or otherwise are weighing you down, you are invited to gather to acknowledge, witness and express your rage.

You are not too much. You are not over reacting. You are sacred and so is your rage. But it cannot live inside of you forever.

This ceremony is not one of softness but a space built to hold your sharp edges and primal roars. This is a space to let out the unhinged scream and know that it does not make you a monster simply to feel deeply in response.

You need not fear the power you hold 🔥

I offer you a moment of softness and skills to return to that anytime you need 🩷

Join me for a Self Care Healing Circle where you will be wrapped in warmth and community, guided through a self massage routine, and receive luxurious oil, massage tool, and written protocol to take home.

This week we have a Creative Meditation Crafting Circle 🖍️

Join me at The Hive Thursday evening for a chance to connect to your creative side. A slice of intentional time to let go of perfection and simply let colors flow.

Humans were built to create as part of connecting to our deepest selves and others. I invite you to connect with that part of yourself again, whether you consider yourself an artist or not.

I’ll provide plenty of coloring pages, blank paper, markers, and other supplies, plus light snacks. You are welcome to bring any current projects if you simply want to create in community.

Absolutely no experience necessary. Please reach out if cost is a barrier, I am more than happy to work something out. All are welcome!
