It has been brought to our attention that someone is falsely using Twisted Salon’s address while pretending to be a stylist at our salon and is collecting money directly from individuals.

This person is NOT affiliated with Twisted Salon.

For everyone’s safety, please know:
• We do not have stylists who accept deposits or payments through personal phone numbers, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or other direct payment methods.
• All appointments are booked through our official salon channels, and all payments are processed through our salon.
• If someone claiming to work at Twisted Salon asks you to send money directly to them, it is a scam.

This type of fraudulent activity is extremely concerning and dangerous. We wanted to make our clients and our fellow Louisville salon community aware so no one else falls victim.

If you have been contacted by someone claiming to work at 133 Saint Matthews Ave, Louisville KY or have already sent money, we encourage you to report the incident to your payment provider and local authorities if you have been affected.
