Yesterday our world got turned upside down. Due to an unexpected tragedy, Hip Hop Sweet Shop will be closed this week.

Jessie, my wife/best friend/business partner was involved in a horrific accident by being hit by a drunk driver. By God's grace, she's still here with us. She's banged up and in a lot of pain but she is going to recover, and for that we are beyond grateful.

While we're thanking God for her life, our hearts are also incredibly heavy for the other 4 victims and the families affected by this terrible tragedy. We are keeping everyone in our prayers during this difficult time. 🙏🏽

Right now, our family needs time to focus on healing, rest, and being together. We truly appreciate your unwavering support, understanding, prayers and love during this time. Our community has always shown up for us, and we feel every bit of that love right now. Please keep the other victims and their families in your prayers as well.
