I would like to offer everybody the opportunity to learn how to become fully aware of yourself in order to improve who you are (and the world) by recognizing and taking into account every element that has led you to the person you are at this point. A little bit about myself:
I grew up being a very empathetic person, easily picking up on the emotions of those around me. As I matured and experienced life, I picked up bits of wisdom that I've learned to implement on a daily basis to design myself as the person I want to be (and am). My service utilizes all that I have picked up on my path in life to help anyone who feels like they are lost or losing faith in life or themselves. Through being the deeply contemplative person I have been throughout my life, I've learned methods and techniques that can help improve emotions and liven-up creativity through consistent practice. I want to help everyone release any beliefs or customs that slow down or halt evolutionary progress, so please allow me the opportunity to help you clear your own mind so you can be your most relaxed, true self capable of anything. I wish to help you on your path through mindful self-design, calling from my experience in multiple fields of work and of life. Deep, informative conversations, fitness training/play to improve method training, food prep and tips, and energy & therapeutic massage therapy would all be available to you as a part of my new service. I come with much experience and can get references from well respected people. If you are unable to meet in person, sessions can be held over Skype or through tools like Snapchat.
