It always amazes me how beautiful and intricate the inside (and outside) of fruits and vegetables are. How such simple single ingredients/produces carry massive amounts of health benefits. Especially ones harvested straight from the garden to the table.

At One Planted Seed we bring you the freshest meals packed with best of ingredients. Plus there’s something for everyone (pssst kids included!)

And if you have any questions about anything, please reach out and ask!

Vegan Scallops marinated for 24 hours in a kelp/miso broth and then cooked in a white w**e garlic sauce topped lemon and parsley. King Trumpet mushrooms are such an amazing versatile ingredient to use as a vegan meat substitute and much more nutritious and healthier than the other “fake meat” alternatives that are packed with more ingredients that you can’t even pronounce.

Farm-to-Table is exactly that. Eating wholesome single ingredient components to make delicious, nutritious, nourishing meals.

New menu will be released tomorrow evening for next week’s delivery! Please note the deliveries will be on Tuesday and Thursday next week in observation of the Holiday weekend! 🐣🌸
