Important Update On Your Recent Order
Hello Everyone,
It has been bought to my attention that our email hello@rouxskincarestudio and online ordering system have been offline and experiencing recent glitches.
Over the past few weeks, I have done a dozen updates on our website and software which delayed online orders and in-studio orders.
Due to this, I haven't been able to receive emails, text messages, or order communications
The good news is I was able to work with my software company and recover those orders.
As of today June 9th, 2023 all orders that have been placed are in the progress of being processed and shipped. Please check your emails for updates and tracking information.
