πŸŽ™οΈIt is incredibly powerful being a Woman.

We are the divine feminine. We are powerful, intuitive, fierce, nurturing, resilient creatures. We create life within our bodies. And yet, since we were little girls, we have been taught so many things designed to make us feel less than what we actually are.

And so much of it isn’t even real. It’s made up!

We have been taught a version of womanhood that simply isn’t true. That we are somehow less capable, less powerful, too emotional, too much, or not enough. We’ve been taught to question our instincts, our bodies, our voices and even each other. None of that is truth. It was taught to us. And anything that was taught can be unlearned.

We are not weak. We never were.

Women are incredibly powerful, and I think it’s time we remember that!

Women need to band together. We need to listen to each other, protect each other, advocate for each other and stand together.

πŸ‘‰πŸΌAnd men need to listen to us.

It’s our turn.

Clearly, a world where most of it is run and decided by men is not working! Women need to be heard when it comes to our bodies, our healthcare, our families, our lives and the world we live in.

It’s on us now.

To speak. To stand together. To stop shrinking ourselves. To remember exactly who we are.

We are fierce. We are powerful. We are Women.

And it’s our turn.πŸ‘πŸ½

I wanted to share my breastfeeding tips as a mom that has breastfed, in total, for over 40 months.

Green cabbage will save your ni***es when you first start nursing. The rawness, pain, and skin irritation will be relieved by that. While your baby nurses on the right breast, put the cabbage in your bra over your left breast and it will heal it quickly.

Oatmeal is your best friend for milk production, and it’s the easiest thing to make and eat throughout the day.

Make sure you’re eating enough protein, and sipping bone broth is a cheat code for this. Warm bone broth will also help you with your hydration.

On the hydration note… coconut water. Yes. The electrolytes are absolutely life-changing.

Add Celtic or sea salt to your water and drink.

Mangos are great for helping with milk production. Lactation cookies work really well and give you an excuse to eat cookies.

Pumping to store milk for later or stimulate the glands.

If you have clogged milk ducts, sunflower lecithin pills. And if you have swelling, express a little bit in the shower while the water is warm-hot.

A heating pad over your breasts helps too. Hand express.

Having protein bars next to your bed or nursing chair.

Earth Mama Ni**le Butter.

Lentils. Canned is fine. Heat them up and enjoy. Super easy.

Canned sardines. Easy and high in protein and fats.

My Brest Friend nursing pillow when baby is 0–4 months.

Enjoy these beautiful, magical moments.
We are so incredible, and give yourself grace and love.
You are doing amazing, truly. I hope this helps, and I will be making another list with more tips.β™₯️

I love you.

HOW TO HELP MOTHERS FEEL SUPPORTED 1/♾️
Motherhood was never meant to be done alone….

There is so much excitement leading up to the arrival of a new baby. We celebrate, we gather, and we shower her with gifts. Those moments are so beautiful and appreciated. But once the decorations come down and everyone returns to their normal lives, she is still there…healing, learning, adjusting, and doing her very best.

Support doesn’t end after the baby shower. In many ways, that’s when it truly begins!

Sometimes the greatest gift you can give a mother isn’t something you can wrap. It’s a text asking how she is doing. It’s dropping off a meal, offering to run an errand, helping with the laundry, or giving her an hour to rest. It’s listening without judgment and reminding her that she doesn’t have to carry it all alone.

I hope this carousel encourages us to look after the mother just as much as we celebrate the baby. A little kindness, compassion, and community can make a world of difference.

If this resonated with you, I hope you’ll share it with someone who could use the reminder. Let’s continue building villages where mothers feel seen, supported, and deeply loved. 🀍

🐝If your skin has been looking a little dull or feeling dry, this is one of my favorite DIY masks to make at home. β˜•πŸ―

✨ ROSE’S COFFEE GLOW MASK

Recipe⬇️
β˜• ΒΌ cup coffee grounds
πŸ₯£ ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt
🍯 1 tbsp raw honey

Directions
Mix everything together until smooth. Apply an even layer to clean skin and leave on for 10–15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water, gently massaging in circular motions as you wash it off.

Benefits🫢🏽

β˜• Coffee helps gently exfoliate dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling softer and looking brighter.

πŸ₯£ Greek yogurt contains lactic acid, a naturally occurring AHA that gently exfoliates while helping your skin feel smooth and hydrated.

🍯 Raw honey is a natural humectant that helps draw moisture into the skin while soothing and nourishing your skin barrier.

This is one of those simple recipes that leaves my skin feeling so soft every single time. I love using it when my skin needs a little extra love.

🀎 Save this recipe for later, and follow me for more health, wellness, and skincare tipsβœ…
