A connection that turns into a lifelong friendship.
A resource that changes the trajectory of their practice.
A fresh perspective because they’ve grown since the last time they were in the room.
That’s the power of learning alongside people who genuinely want to see one another succeed.
From the very beginning, I promised myself I would never build a community around scarcity.
No gatekeeping. No ego.
No pretending to have all the answers.
Just a room full of generous providers who freely share what’s working, celebrate each other’s wins, and remind one another why we fell in love with this profession in the first place.
Watching this community grow has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life’s work.
