If your legs have never matched the rest of your body, and no diet has ever changed that, there’s a name for it.
Lipedema is a chronic disorder of the fat tissue itself. It hurts. It bruises easily. It stops abruptly at the ankle while the foot stays untouched. And it doesn’t answer to a calorie deficit, no matter how disciplined you are.
Honest version: lymphatic drainage doesn’t remove lipedemic fat. Anyone promising that is selling something. What it supports is the fluid load sitting on top of it. The heaviness, the tightness, the tenderness. Alongside compression, which does the heaviest lifting of all.
