First, as part our commitment to providing exceptional customer service, we always aim to respond to queries as soon as possible and operate on the belief that social media never sleeps! However, to answer some questions, we sometimes need to obtain information from individuals in our corporate office, which is open Monday - Friday, 9:00-5:30 PST. If you have an immediate question about a specific product or an ingredient concern, you can call our toll-free number 877-6-LATHER, which is operated by human beings seven days a week, from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM or later, Pacific Time. Next, your feedback is very valuable to us, and we welcome your comments and suggestions. While we encourage commentary both positive and negative on our site, repeated, excessive comments or criticism that serve primarily to further an individual’s personal agenda will be considered spam and will be subject to being banned. We may also delete comments and ban users whose interactions include vulgarity, racial slurs, personal attacks, third-party solicitations, or otherwise violate Facebook’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to posting from fake accounts. Fortunately, our commenters are primarily wonderful and respectful, and keep our page a positive space for all users.
