My clients range in age from 16 - 85 (no joke) .
One of my workouts after the loss of D’angelo. I went back and forth from his music to nothing. This back routine was simple but intense. Consisting of lat pulldowns and bent over 1 arm dumbbell rows. High reps (20) and 4 rounds. I added some active rest ( step ups and bench toe taps in betw sets).
