Core Stix

Here is what the experts are saying.

“What a terrific new tool to have in my gym! A lot of new products appear in the fitness industry every year. Core Stix is not only new, it’s original, it’s dynamic, and it’s well thought out. Nothing cheap or homemade about it. It has an industrial feel without being intimidating. I use it with my pro athletes and my ‘pro parents’! It’s great to see quality rear it’s ugly head every now and then! Gunnar Peterson C.S.C.S. Personal Trainer, Beverly Hills, CA

I own the Bunker in Beverly Hills. Catering to an exclusive Hollywood/Beverly Hills crowd requires that I always be up on the latest equipment, my clients demand it. I have been using Core Stix with all of my clients for the past year. It is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment that I have - there’s literally nothing I can’t do with it. The Core Stix are just that, every move you make, your core is engaged. Core Stix is a simple, incredibly effective, and uniquely designed piece of equipment that always attracts my clients’ interest, and they’re never disappointed. "Core Stix are the way to go in ANY sports specific program! Either for hockey, football, basketball or any sport for that matter! The Core Stix is as important to an athlete as conventional weight training. The two combined will give any athlete an edge, through a heightened sense of balance, awareness and muscle contraction. The combinations of exercises possible with the Core Stix are endless!"
