Can you work out after a VI Peel? The short answer: Yes, but timing is everything.

We hear the "no gym for a week" myth all the time. Here is the clinical reality:

Immediately after your peel, intense workouts can cause inflammation, and sweat can get trapped under the surface of your skin. Sweating also opens follicles, introducing bacteria to freshly treated skin.

• Days 1-2 (Pre-Peeling): Hold off on high-intensity exercise. Avoid HIIT, hot yoga, saunas, and heavy cardio.
• Days 2-3 (Once Peeling Begins): Gentle movement is safe. Walking, light weights, and mat Pilates are perfectly fine.
