Fuller, balanced lips with one syringe of Juvederm Ultra. Natural volume, same shape, nothing overdone.
Lip filler done right adds volume without changing your face. One syringe was enough here to restore fullness and clean up the shape, and the result still looks like her own lips.

You can get the fox eye look, that lifted, almond, elongated eye, with nothing but Botox. No threads, no surgery. It comes down to controlling which muscles pull up and which pull down.
Your brow position is a tug of war. The frontalis lifts, and a set of depressors pull down, and wherever one side wins is where your brow sits. Fox eye Botox wins that battle on purpose, in specific places. At the tail of the brow, a few units relax the outer orbicularis oculi so the brow tail is free to rise, which creates the lateral lift and the elongated shape. The trick is what you leave alone. You preserve the muscles between the brows so the inner brow stays down where it belongs, because lifting the inner brow is what makes you look surprised instead of snatched. Done right, the pull is redirected, not erased, so the lift looks like your own bone structure.
That’s what we do here🙂↕️
Botox can lift the outer corner of your brow and open up a hooded eye, no surgery involved. It is called a lateral brow lift, and it works on one specific muscle.
Your brow sits wherever the balance between the muscles that lift and the muscles that pull down lands. At the tail of the brow, the one pulling down is the orbicularis oculi, the circular muscle that rings your eye and closes the lid, and its outer edge sits right under the brow tail, dragging it down. Relax just that outer portion and the lifting muscle above is left unopposed, so the tail rises on its own. That is what opens the eye and gives the snatched, refreshed look, and it works best when the outer brow has started to hood. Placement is the whole game, because this same muscle closes your eye, so it stays high and lateral, well away from the lid.
A lateral brow lift works beautifully when the tail just needs a few millimeters. Real hooding or a heavier lid is a different conversation, and an honest injector will tell you which one you are.
Of course!!
Comes with the territory🤷♀️

The lines at the corner of your eyes are made by your smile.
Every time you smile the muscle around the eye contracts and folds the skin at the outer corner. For years the folds bounce back, then they start to linger, and eventually they stay. A few units eases the pull so the fold softens when you smile, and the smile itself stays exactly the same. This was eight units per side, dosed to keep the eyes moving and natural.

I’m doing my best😅
Botox can cause a crooked smile, and it can also fix one. The difference comes down to one small muscle most people have never heard of, the DLI.
The depressor labii inferioris sits low on the chin, between the mentalis and the DAO, and its job is to pull your lower lip down when you talk or smile. That is exactly how a crooked smile happens, when Botox meant for the chin or the mouth corners spreads and catches the DLI on one side, that side stops pulling evenly and the smile goes uneven. It usually comes from injecting too close to the muscle or the product migrating afterward, which is the whole reason the no rubbing, no heavy exercise aftercare rules exist. The good news is it is temporary and correctable, either by balancing the other side with a couple of units or by letting it resolve as the Botox wears off. This is why the lower face is the hardest area to treat well. Precision down here is not a bonus, it is the whole thing.
