Introducing Ember, our first chili vinegar. She’s tangy, smoky, and made for what’s left of summer. 🌶️🌞

Lovingly crafted with California-grown roasted ancho, habanero, and bell peppers at the height of the season, Ember opens with the smell of sweet peppers fresh off the grill, then settles into balanced warmth with a smoky finish.

Drizzle over grilled vegetables and barbecue, stir into salsas and marinades, toss with pasta salad, or spoon over sliced stone fruit and oysters for a sweet-tangy kick. Shake into a paloma or margarita for a smoky, spicy twist.
