One thing I always remind patients is that implant size is only part of the equation for a breast augmentation. The same implant can look completely different from one person to the next depending on their height, frame, existing breast tissue, and chest width.

For this patient, we selected 300cc silicone implants to create a fuller, balanced look that complemented her natural proportions and aesthetic goals.

If you've been considering breast augmentation and would like to learn more about your options, feel free to send us a DM to schedule your consultation!

If delivering natural-looking results is wrong... I don't want to be right. 😉🚔

Many patients are surprised that breast augmentation recovery is often more manageable than they expected.

The first few days are usually when you’ll feel the most tightness, pressure, and soreness, especially if the implants are placed beneath the chest muscle. That tight feeling is completely normal and gradually improves as your muscles and tissues relax.

You’ll be up and walking the same day, and I actually encourage light walking early on to help promote healthy circulation. Most patients are able to return to desk work within about a week, but you’ll need to avoid heavy lifting and strenuous exercise until your body has had more time to heal.

Giving your body the time it needs to recover is one of the best ways to protect your results!

This is one of the most common questions I hear from patients, especially during the summer when vacations are in full swing. ✈️

It's important to mention any upcoming travel plans during your consultation. Sometimes it's as simple as adjusting your surgery date or giving yourself a little more time before flying so your body can recover as safely and comfortably as possible.

For many patients, a breast reduction is about much more than a smaller bra size. It's about feeling lighter, moving more comfortably, and getting back to doing the things they love.

When we combine a breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest, we're able to address both comfort and contour. The breast reduction relieves the weight and discomfort of overly large breasts, while liposuction refines the area along the sides of the chest to create a smoother, more balanced shape.

One of the biggest misconceptions about rhinoplasty is that you’ll see your final result as soon as the bruising disappears. In reality, healing happens in stages.

During the first few weeks, you’ll notice significant changes as the initial swelling and bruising improves. But your nose continues to heal long after that. The deeper tissues gradually settle, swelling slowly resolves, and the tip of the nose, where swelling tends to linger the longest, becomes more refined over the following months.

That’s why I always remind my patients not to judge their result too early. A nose that looks different at three months may continue to change in subtle but meaningful ways over the rest of the year.

Healing takes time, but allowing your nose to recover at its own pace is what helps reveal the balanced, natural-looking result we’re working toward together!

If you've ever looked in the mirror and thought, "I look tired even though I don't feel tired," you're certainly not alone. 👀

The area around the eyes is often one of the first places to show changes over time, which is why it's also one of the most common concerns patients bring up during consultations.

The good news is that understanding why something is happening is the first step toward finding the right solution.

When people hear the term "open rhinoplasty," it can sound a little more intimidating than it really is.

It simply means making a small incision at the base of the nose so I can clearly see the underlying bone and cartilage. That added visibility gives me greater precision, especially when refining the nasal tip, improving symmetry, or making more complex corrections.

At the end of the day, the technique is just a tool. My focus is always on creating a nose that looks balanced, functions well, and fits the rest of your face naturally.

The consultation, the planning, and the conversations you have before your procedure are all part of setting yourself up for the best possible experience and recovery. That's why I believe patient education is just as important as the surgery itself. 😁
