Rudie Boy! Now that I have got your attention with my awesome pup… shout out to my yoga friends: Would you be interested in a small group class that would feel like a semi private class for the cost of a drop in? Up in the CUBE my open air (but heated) home studio? I am thinking a couple times a week at a couple of different times.
Cool Tunes, supported and loving environment with a teacher that wants to help you sit in the seat of your own excellence. Booking a week out situation with possibly option to drop in with a some notice.
You interested? DM me and include good times and days for you! yoga

The joy of a blue sky, green tree and magic dust in the air! Today you breathe! Join me 11a Monday and 9:30a Wednesday and 6:15a Thursday.

Here’s the thing. Sometimes you have to really tune in to your own syncopation to handle the turmoil that surrounds you. Yoga helps. I have learned that my work is to help support others to fly. So I learn. I teach. And I make space so you can be your own best guide. See ya round the way. DM me for schedule on Spotify if you want to sample my playlists.

Ok! Lovies let’s just lovelife our way outta 2022. YOU ARE COOL. Make a playlist. Move. Dance. Make an actual phone call to an old friend. Old school communicate. #2022

After a month hiatus of healing time I am back in the studio again. I have a playlist and a flow I hope sends you to another level of connection to yourself this week. It’s time, dear one, for your Sankalpa. Sankalpa is the Sanskrit word for intention. San means “to become one with” and kalpa means “time” and “subconscious mind.” In Yoga, we use sankalpa as a way to set an intention, to connect with your heart’s deepest desire. I love this more than a resolution and the groovy thing it’s already there. There’s nothing to break or get guilty over, because it’s already embedded in your heart. You just have to tune in and listen. See you soon! & check links for schedule

Back in the figurative saddle again! Not quite 100% , but I’ll do. See you in the studio starting Friday 12/23! 9a Sun Flow ! Join me!💕

Hey! I missed you! It took a hot minute by I am almost cleared to teach again after my surgery. I haven’t been able to practice but I have been able to walk. And walk. And walk. See you soon in the studio. Got some perspective and some cool flows to share.💕
