I recently had a bad review on Facebook. This incident occurred on March 21st and was completely my fault. As you can see from the messages posted I agreed to a 9 or 9:30 apt before my 11:30 shift at work. It completely slipped my mind to put it in my calendar. When she sent the address I assumed she was meaning for her wedding on April 12th.

This was all my fault. I have since learned I need to make sure to add clients to my calendar immediately and I no longer schedule apts on days I also have to work my day job.

I can only offer my sincerest apologies for my mistake and hope this bride had the most wonderful pictures and wedding despite this incident. This has been embarrassing for me and I truly want to do better in the future.
