✨Your body works hard. Give it space to move. 🩶 I’m sharing some of my favorite stretches I personally use to keep my body mobile, open and performing well on the Reformer. This new 60 - minute stretch experience will use both mat + Reformer. We’ll slow things down and focus on areas that tend to hold the most tension. This isn’t about how flexible you are. You don’t need to be able to do the splits or touch your toes. 😬 Just lengthen, breathe, and give your body permission to release. Morning movement, but make it a ritual. ✨ A few minutes on the jump board helps wake up the body, increase circulation, and encourage the natural movement of lymph through muscle contraction and breath. A little luxury maintenance before the day begins. Soft life, strong body. 💪🏾
