I’ve made a Petal & Clay Botanical Facial Mask for those days when you want to slow down and give your skin a little attention. 🌸 (Rework of my original Kaolin & Argan Clay Mask)

Here’s why I chose each ingredient:

🤍 Kaolin clay helps absorb excess oil.
🤍 Argan oil helps skin feel soft and moisturized.
💜 Lavender essential oil has been studied for its potential to soothe skin.
🌿 Frankincense essential oil has been studied for its potential antioxidant and skin-calming properties.
🌸 Geranium essential oil has shown skin-calming potential in early research.
🌹 Rose essential oil has been studied for its potential to soothe skin.

It has a light botanical scent and comes ready to use in a 2 oz glass jar. Apply a thin layer to clean, damp skin, leave on for 5–10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 x weekly.

Cope & Calm is a simple, organic botanical roller blend I created for those moments when life feels a little too busy and you just need something comforting in your pocket or purse.

It’s made with organic jojoba oil and an organic essential oil blend of:

🌿 Copaiba — warm, grounding and soothing
💜 Lavender — loved for its calming, relaxing aroma
🌼 Chamomile — soft, gentle and comforting
✨ Frankincense — earthy and grounding, perfect for those quiet moments when you want to slow down

Just roll it onto your pulse points, breathe in the aroma, and give yourself a little moment of calm.

I love that it’s small enough to keep beside the bed, in your purse, at your desk, or anywhere you might want it throughout the day.
