Hi there! I am so excited that you are here looking for self care here with us.
I have been doing massage officially since 2017 but before that I have always been the "go to" person in my family and friends when something hurts because it is just one of those things I have been blessed with doing.
With me no two massages will ever be the same as each day brings new challenges to our bodies so my goal is to intuitively work with you to achieve the best possible outcome each massage.
I love using hot stones in my work to help soothe and melt those tight muscles and overall just leave you feeling 100% better than you felt before.
I am trained in multiple modalities and use them as needed to ensure you get the best massage for you each and every time.

C-sections can be a life saving procedure for both mom and baby. This animation shows the number of layers of tissue a doctor must cut through in order to access the baby.
Each layer must heal. When several layers are damaged at the same time, the scar tissue that forms can adhere to the surrounding tissue and scar tissue causing adhesions.
This scar tissue can be visually unappealing which will improve with scar work; but the tissue under the skin can cause back pain, knee problems, bladder urgency, and more.
