Hey Yall💋💋💋 Today makes 8 months of my no meat pescatarian journey!!! The clarity this has given me is somewhat like a SUPER POWER! Everything is SUPER clear to me now.. Its almost like I can not tolerate the smell or feel of anything or anyone toxic. My health readings are PERFECT, I simply feel GOOD, my skin is clear, I sleep better, my moods are balanced. I have learned the meaning of eating to live versus living to eat.. Now lets be CLEAR… I still LOVE food, but my choices are healthier! This has been life changing
