The Knotty Loctician

How do I handle this? 😭😭 I tried to be as professional as possible.

You heard the man! 🙂‍↕️ Real clients, real reactions 💗

Come see about me! •••

Real reactions every time 😜💕

••••

Why should I be your Loctician?

Because this is how my clients react when they see the finished product. 😂😍

The look. The confidence. The “I KNOW she did her thing!” reaction.

I don’t just maintain locs—I make you fall in love with them all over again. 🥹✨

Book your appointment. Let’s get you to THAT reaction. 🤭

🚨🚨If you can’t handle constructive criticism, you’re not ready to grow a business.🚨🚨

And no, your client giving you feedback doesn’t automatically mean they’re being “difficult” or “disrespectful.”

Sometimes you need to take your ego out of the chair and actually listen.

Your client is experiencing your service from a completely different perspective than you are. Their feedback can reveal blind spots you didn’t even know you had.

You can be talented.
You can be experienced.
You can KNOW your craft.

…and still have room to improve.

Being teachable will take you further than being defensive ever will.

Take the feedback.
Evaluate it.
Adjust where necessary.
Keep growing.

Because if every suggestion feels like an attack, the problem might not be the feedback. 👀
