Please join us tomorrow for our May Wellness Workshop “Assessing Neck and Shoulder Tension. Finding the source of your tension and what can be done to help relieve your tension” at Lincolnton Suites on Main in Downtown Lincolnton on May 14th at 6:30pm!

Mikayla Mosteller, Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist will be answering all your questions about massage therapy!

When the body is stressed, muscles tense up. Muscle tension is almost a reflex reaction to stress—the body’s way of guarding against injury and pain. Once people start to pay attention to their tension they are often surprised at how tense they really are.

Do you suffer from tension that’s causing you pain?

Massage therapy can help relieve this discomfort!

Some topics we will cover at the Wellness Workshop:

    ◦    What is tension?
    ◦    What causes tension?
    ◦    How can massage therapy help?
    ◦    What can I do myself to help ease tension?

Mikayla will be doing assessments to see what areas and muscles need work.

Everyone that comes will be entered in for a hour massage giveaway!

Come join us for this conversation and bring all your questions. There is no cost for this event, just please let us know that you are coming.

For more information, please email [email protected] or call 704-493-3230. We look forward to seeing you!
