She’s been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 7 years, and her favorite part of the job is simple: helping people feel better

Rather than having one favorite service, she loves blending therapeutic touch with intentional bodywork to create something specific to what each client needs that day.

Her take on massage? It helps you get to know your body. The more you learn its language, the easier it becomes to recognize what it needs — and notice the signals you may have been overlooking.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find her doing yoga, Pilates, lifting, or spending her weekends house + dog sitting for clients (a side gig she happily lets take over her weekends).

And her current obsessions? Perfume…and fiber. So yes, you can absolutely ask her about beans 🤭

did you know acne often times gets worse before it gets better?

this is what we all know as the ✨ purge ✨

skin purging can occur after beginning a new active product (mandelic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinol, etc)

because these products are encouraging cellular turnover, they push up any congestion that is present in the skin to get it “out”

this presents more visibly on the skin as breakouts

while this can definitely be a gnarly experience, pushing thru the purge is absolutely crucial for you to achieve clear, smooth skin

because acne can take 90 days to form, the purge can last for 90 days

you’re best friends during a purge:
• ice the skin morning and night to reduce inflammation
• apply sulfur spot treatment to areas of concern for speedy healing
