I believe this is a time in U.S. history when we must be transparent about what and who we stand for and what groups are welcomed and cared for in our businesses. The only clients that are not accepted at Hair Is ART 2.0 are those who engage in hurtful violence and express hatred outwardly through speech and behavior. Blurring boundaries between personal and professional is a must during chapters where people are being persecuted for their loving and peaceful, inclusive, or marginalized social identities.
