I suppose she interpreted "tested on animals" differently. When someone inquires if my lip gloss is intended for dogs because it's labeled "cruelty-free", I clarify that it signifies no innocent animals were harmed in the process of ensuring its safety for human use. 😂
But do they actually have makeup for dogs? I'm just curious.
