Putting my own numbers where my advice is. 🤍

Every patient at Rimi receives a body-composition analysis at baseline and at specific intervals—not to judge a number, but to measure what the scale cannot show: muscle mass, body-fat percentage, visceral fat, hydration, and how the body is actually changing.

Now it’s my turn to be accountable.

My current muscle mass is 82.8 pounds, and my goal is to reach 88–90 pounds before December. Building 5–7 pounds of muscle in that timeframe is an ambitious goal—especially for a woman—but I’m ready to work for it.

I’ve gotten back into the gym this week and have been more consistent with my supplements and peptide plan. Reaching this goal will require progressive strength training, adequate protein, recovery, sleep, and—most importantly—consistency.

It also means the number on the scale may increase, and that can still represent incredible progress.

This chapter isn’t about becoming smaller. It’s about becoming stronger, protecting my metabolism, supporting healthy aging, and practicing the same accountability I ask of my patients.

Motivation comes and goes, so I’m posting my baseline publicly and inviting you to hold me accountable.
