After careful thought and consideration- I have decided to drop my schedule down to 4 days a week for the rest of 2026!

This is the best course of action for my injured wrist and its healing.

If your pressure level becomes too much for my wrist to handle- I may refer you out to one of my amazing coworkers or peers in town. If it comes to this, we will have a conversation about what is best for both of us 🙂

My new schedule starting this October is:
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 10AM-8PM
Friday: 10AM-8PM
Saturday: 10AM-7PM
Sunday: 10AM-7PM

This schedule is subject to change as I figure out what works best for me. I recommend scheduling your next appointment when you leave to avoid wait times!

After today I will be officially be signing off work for my wedding. I will be 100% unplugging and soaking in every moment. Back in office 9/17.

This is the longest I have had off from massage in well- forever! It couldn't come at a better time, as I have injured my wrist. I am looking forward to giving myself some time to heal.
