The first and most important reason was because I wanted to be more present for my family. Taking out the responsibilities of being a business owner has freed up my time at home and that is what I need in this stage of my life. My family needs me the most!

Is owning a booth rental only salon hard? No. Is just renting a chair hard? No. It’s not HARD. It just requires more things that add to my to do list + added stress, and if you know me, you know my life is already pretty busy as it is without work being a factor. Simplicity was calling my name!

It was time for me to take a step back from being the mentor & time for me to have mentors for myself.

One of the many amazing perks of being a team member Labella Salon is the continued education we do! Whether it’s traveling to a cutting class, bringing a rep in to the salon to give us the latest tips and tricks, or even product knowledge, there is always a date & time on the calendar for an opportunity to grow.

I’m ready to explore different services to offer, while also using the knowledge I’m gaining to perfect the services I already provide. I have learned so much from the stylists at LaBella already & I’ve been able to use these things on clients, as well as take on new guests because of these new skills.
