It is 8 Fridays until Thanksgiving
12 Fridays until Christmas.

I remember Mommom taking me to Dorlene’s in Georgetown on the Main St.
The salon felt fancy because we drove from the farm at Jefferson Crossroads, across country, and into Georgetown.
The salon was busy and from there we probably walked to McCallums and to The Georgetown five & dime.

I have officially re-organized my booking practices after making the hard decisions on late cancel/constant reschedule/ loss to business and to myself.
Late cancels most often cannot be filled in a world busier than ever & not waiting for my call/time sensitive response. Two-part appts averaging 2 hours in length ,lost, are harder on my business and my desire to continue than anything I manage.
No-shows hurt every business.

My goal is always to give you my absolute best energy, my best focus, and my best artistry.

To protect your time, my time, and to ensure everyone gets the seamless high-quality experience they deserve—- I now shift my focus to supporting Clients who love to plan ahead and to arrive prepared.

Moving forward, here is what you can expect:

Streamlined prep: look for brief
prep instructions near the arrival
of your text confirmation so we
can begin your planned needs on
time.

I am now entering your email addresses to my scheduling software as an extra layer in prevention of late cancel/no-shows.
Your email confirmation will go out within 15-20 minutes of securing your appointment with me. Text reminders have been sent to each phone 24 hours prior to service through years.

Booking as normal through Sept & October.
Our home sale fell through.
Not my fault but has been my problem through an exhausting week of planning future demands and Settlement.
To everyone who could not plan their regular appt time with me through the week of Oct 19th, I will be in and you do not need to wait until November.
I will not be off and moving.

Lesson learned!
Will be booking as I always have through December.

Celebrating my sweet daughter, today, National Daughter’s Day.
Ava Grace is the reason Fringe Hair Studio was created in 2013. She was 2 and peddling her car toddler car around the basement. As she grew, she folded towels if she wanted her nails painted up in the Spa.

I look through years of photos and cannot believe how fast they have flown by.
Happy Daughter’s Day to my girl!💕

Lewes Brewing “2nd Birthday” Celebration is today!!
Those cute little “baby beers” are perfect when 2 gals want to enjoy just a taste!!
My Stout is 11.2%.
A larger glass is too much for me!
