✨ Meet the Staff: Sarah ✨

Meet Sarah, owner of Rituals Salon & Spa!

With more than 25 years behind the chair, Sarah has built her career around a true love for the beauty industry and the relationships that come along with it. She has been part of Rituals for over 19 years and has proudly owned the salon for the past 9 years.

One of Sarah’s greatest passions is helping others grow. She believes strongly in continuing education, always striving to better herself, and encouraging her team to keep learning, growing, and perfecting their craft.

After so many years behind the chair, Sarah is incredibly grateful for the long-term clientele who have supported her throughout her career. Many have been with her for years and have become so much more than clients. She feels the same way about her Rituals team, who truly feel like family.

When she’s not at the salon, Sarah loves spending time outdoors camping and hiking, traveling, and enjoying music.

For Sarah, Rituals has always been about more than hair and beauty — it’s about people, relationships, growth, and creating a place where both clients and team members feel at home. 🤍

✨ Meet the Staff: Jessica ✨

Jessica is coming up on an incredible 18 years with Rituals Salon & Spa! 🤍

She began her career with us right out of technical high school and quickly built a loyal clientele thanks to her calming touch, perfectionism, and genuine care for every client who sits in her chair.

While Jessica enjoys bridal styling, she truly shines when it comes to cutting and coloring. Her attention to detail, creativity, and years of experience have made her a trusted stylist and an amazing resource for our team.

Most recently, Jessica was promoted to Lead Stylist, a role that perfectly reflects her passion for helping others learn, grow, and develop their craft. Her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail also earned her the role of Salon Coordinator, where she helps keep our team supported and everything running smoothly.

Jessica’s loyalty to Rituals, her clients, and her team is truly special. For nearly 18 years, she has continued to show up with dedication, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping our salon thrive. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Rituals family and as a leader within our salon. Her dedication to her clients, her team, and her craft continues to make such an impact. ❤️

Meet the Staff ✨ Say hello to Erica, our talented aesthetician!

Erica has been practicing aesthetics for almost 9 years after graduating from Spa Tech Institute in Westborough. Her passion for skincare and continued education has helped her develop an impressive range of knowledge and expertise.

She is certified in dermaplaning through Stonhart Institute and spray tanning through Sjolie, and she continues to advance her education with GM Collin and Aveda.

Before becoming an aesthetician, Erica was also a store manager for a beauty supply company, giving her extensive product knowledge and a great understanding of how to choose the right products for each client’s individual needs.

One of Erica’s favorite parts of what she does is making sure every client feels comfortable, cared for, and truly taken care of from the moment they enter her treatment room. She loves creating a relaxing experience while helping her clients feel confident and beautiful in their skin.

We’re so lucky to have Erica as part of the Rituals family! 🤍✨

✨ Meet Molly! ✨

Molly joined the Rituals team in 2022 and has grown to become one of our most requested nail technicians. 💅

Known for her incredible attention to detail and creativity, Molly has a talent for bringing her clients’ nail ideas to life. Whether it’s a beautiful classic manicure or a fun, detailed design, she puts care and precision into everything she does.

But it’s not just her talent that keeps her clients coming back! Molly is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making every client happy and giving them an experience they look forward to.

When she’s not behind the nail table, Molly loves spending time at the beach and listening to music. 🌊🎶
