When Isaias came through last week, many of the old buildings in downtown suffered water damage. Wolf Moon Salt Cave & Stress Reduction Center was hit the hardest and completely flooded. While everything has been cleaned up and replaced, it was incredibly expensive and their insurance policy isn’t stepping in.

I get asked, often, how I stay grounded, centered and focused through all the work I do. A large part is this gorgeous, serene, “happy place” and the beautiful staff behind it.

I have an 11:30am session booked for tomorrow (Saturday) in the group cave and there’s several spots available. Come join me!

Wolfmoon is the only stress reduction center in Western NC and provides yoga, massage therapy, sound therapy, energy work, acupuncture, aesthetic services and of course, the salt cave. They also have salt lamps, homemade lotions, soaps and really beautiful merchandise for sale.

You can read more about the physical and mental benefits of the salt cave on their website, but I can tell you that around ten minutes into your session you can feel your whole body and nervous system relax as the salt moves through you and promotes respiratory wellness, circulation, and deep relaxation.
