One of the easiest ways to help minimize staining?
👉 Drinking through a straw.

Using a straw helps reduce how much coffee hits the front surfaces of your teeth (especially if you place the straw farther back in your mouth).

A few other things that make a BIG difference:

• Don’t sip coffee for hours
• Rinse with water afterward
• Wait ~30 minutes before brushing
• Coffee right after whitening = more likely to stain
• Consistent whitening maintenance matters more than perfection

The goal isn’t to never drink coffee again… it’s learning how to enjoy it without destroying your whitening results 😌🤍
