Titus training is a functional fitness gym that delivers structured group exercise classes
POV: We said we were just going to make a few small changes… 😂🔨
One thing about Titus — we’re always finding another project.
Same space. Bigger vision. 🔥
What do we think of the transformation?! 👀🧡

Ever wonder why group training just hits different? 👀
It’s not just about having someone tell you what workout to do.
It’s about having a plan when you don’t know where to start.
It’s about having people who encourage you when things get hard.
It’s about discovering you’re capable of things you never imagined.
And it’s about finding a place where you don’t have to be the strongest, fastest, or most experienced person in the room to belong.
At Titus, we believe fitness should challenge you, build you up, and give you something to look forward to.
You bring the willingness to show up. We’ll bring the coaching, the community, and probably a few burpees. 😂🧡
TITUS TRAINING | FORGED TO RISE 🔥
Apparently being named October Member of the Month wasn’t enough for Stevie… 😂🔥
Today our favorite 5AM hype man officially joined the 100 CLASS CLUB! 💯
And honestly, the timing couldn’t be more fitting.
100 classes of showing up early.
100 classes of putting in the work.
100 classes of bringing the energy and encouraging everyone around him.
There’s a reason we chose Stevie as our October Member of the Month, and hitting #100 today just proves it. 🧡
Stevie, we’re lucky to have you as part of this community. Keep working hard, keep bringing that positivity, and keep making the 5AM crew question their life choices before the sun comes up. 😂

January isn’t magic.
You don’t need a new year, a new week, or the perfect Monday to start becoming the person you keep saying you want to be.
You have three months left.
October.
November.
December.
Three months to build the habits.
Three months to choose discipline over excuses.
Three months to prove to yourself that you can follow through.
While everyone else is waiting for January 1st to start…
Imagine walking into the new year already three months ahead. 🔥
Don’t make it your New Year’s resolution.
Make it who you already are by then.

🩷 RISE IN PINK 🩷
For one Saturday this October, we’re asking our Titus family to show up in pink.
Not for a PR. Not for a leaderboard. Just to move together and recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the women and families whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer.
Bring someone you love. Wear some pink. Come sweat with us. 🩷
Saturday, October 17 | 8:30 AM
Friends are welcome to train with us at no charge.
