White spots on the nail can be caused by different things. Sometimes the layers are deep and trying to remove them can cause damage to the nails. Thankfully these were pretty superficial and cleaned right up.
In case you didn’t know, getting your ‘troubled’ toenails out of a jam is my thing 😍! No surgery, no pain.😉

After 30 years of caring for both fingernails and toenails, I’ve made a decision that has been quietly unfolding for quite some time…
As of July 1st, nail enhancements will no longer be offered as a service option.
The truth is… taking care of toeNails has silently taken over the books. 👣
So, I’ve decided to focus on where I can be most helpful… Pedicures!
WeLL toeNaiLs is a Pedicure Wellness Studio focused on:
👣 Foot Care Maintenance
👣 Toenail Restoration
👣 Toenail Reconstruction
Yes, Natural Nail Manicures are still a thing around here. No changes there. 💅
And arrangements have been made for my current enhancement clients to stay fabulous… IYKYK 😉❤️
While the menu is getting simpler, the things that matter most are staying the same:

An ingrown nail is when the nail grows out and starts to dig into the corners of the toe.
The pain is usually because
👉the grown out nail rests and digs into the skin of the nail groove.
👉That skin hardens to protect itself.
👉Now that hard skin presses on the very new and tender skin under it.
Ouch 😩
A few simple prevention habits go a long way:
✨ Trim nails straight across (not curved)
✨ Avoid cutting too far down the sides
✨ Give toes a little breathing room in your shoes
✨ Stay consistent with your foot care visits.
Most people don’t realize, you don’t always need a doctor for ‘ingrown toenail’ relief. If it’s not infected or too deep, I can help ‘deliver the baby’🤭.

Nail Friend,
You’ve probably heard about that “PolyGel stuff” right?
It’s a popular brand name of an acrylic-gel hybrid — a thick, paste-like product you squeeze out of a tube like toothpaste to make nails. 💅 🤨
It’s been around for years... but I always wondered:
If it’s so great, why don’t more beginners or Pro’s use it? 🤔
Honestly, it seemed a little suspect… maybe even too good to be true🤨.
So I tried hybrid gel and it caught me all the way off guard.🫨
💅 It was NOT what I expected, AT ALL!
