🌿 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY with My Therapy by Michelle LLC 🌿
Where Wellness Meets Results.
Your body communicates with you every day. Tight shoulders, stiff hips, headaches, fatigue, and nagging aches can be reminders that it’s time to slow down and take care of yourself.
💆🏽♀️ Why make massage part of your wellness routine?
Regular therapeutic massage may help: • Reduce muscle tension and soreness
• Improve flexibility and mobility
• Promote relaxation and stress relief
• Support circulation
• Improve body awareness and recovery
• Keep you moving and doing the things you enjoy
🥗 Wednesday Wellness Tip:
Think anti-inflammatory when building your plate. Add foods such as berries, leafy greens, salmon, walnuts, olive oil, avocado, and colorful vegetables. And don’t forget your water!
🚶🏽♀️ Movement matters, too.
Even a 10–20 minute walk, gentle stretching, or mobility work can help break up long periods of sitting. Your body was designed to MOVE.
✨ Today’s Affirmations “I am making my health a priority.”
“I listen when my body asks for rest.”
“Small healthy choices add up.”
“I deserve time to restore and recharge.”
📅 October appointments are open!
Don’t wait until you’re hurting to make yourself a priority. Book ahead, especially if you need a specific day or time.
🎁 Have a gift certificate or account credit? Put it to good use and schedule your self-care.

TUESDAY MASSAGE WELLNESS | My Therapy by Michelle LLC
Where Wellness Meets Results.
🦴 Arthritis & Massage Therapy
Arthritis can bring joint stiffness, soreness, and limited mobility. Massage may be a helpful part of a wellness routine by relaxing surrounding muscles, supporting circulation, and helping some people feel less stiff and move more comfortably.
Pressure and techniques should always be adjusted to your comfort level, especially during an arthritis flare-up. Massage complements—not replaces—medical care.
🥗 Add More Anti-Inflammatory Foods
Support your body from the inside out! Consider adding: • Salmon, sardines, or other fatty fish
• Blueberries and strawberries
• Spinach, kale, and other leafy greens
• Walnuts and almonds
• Olive oil
• Avocado
• Turmeric and ginger
• Beans and whole grains
And don’t forget your water! 💧
📅 ONE APPOINTMENT LEFT THIS FRIDAY!
There is one massage appointment available this Friday. If your body has been asking for some attention, don’t wait until the discomfort gets worse.
🍂 October appointments are open!
Remember, my calendar opens in advance, so booking early gives you the best selection of dates and times. If you have a gift certificate, this is a great time to get your appointment on the calendar.
☔ Rainy-Day Affirmations

✨ I am grateful for another day to care for myself.

Thankful Tuesday Be selfish with yourself
✨ Wellness. Gratitude. Connection. ✨
What a beautiful day! 💜
Our Wellness & Gratitude Brunch was more than just a gathering—it was a reminder of how important it is to take care of the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
I am so grateful to everyone who came out, shared their energy, supported the vision, and helped make this event so special. 🥂🌿
A special thank you to our guest speakers for sharing their knowledge and expertise: ✨ Dr. Sheldon — Chiropractic Wellness
✨ Dr. Ashley — Nutrition
✨ Dr. Collette Bullock — Internal Medicine & Med Spa
And thank you to everyone who contributed to making the atmosphere, gifts, décor, and experience so beautiful. 💐
At My Therapy by Michelle LLC, wellness goes beyond the massage table. My goal is to continue creating experiences that encourage us to slow down, care for our bodies, practice gratitude, and prioritize our health.
This brunch may be over, but the journey toward better wellness continues. 💜

🌿 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY REMINDERS 🌿
Your body deserves time, care, and intention. Here are a few reminders to help you get the most out of your wellness experience:
✨ ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY
Give yourself time to settle in, use the restroom, take a few deep breaths, and transition out of the busyness of the day.
💧 COME HYDRATED
Drink water before your session and continue hydrating afterward. Your body needs adequate fluids to support circulation and recovery.
🛁 BETWEEN MASSAGE SESSIONS
Continue caring for your body with simple restorative practices: • Epsom salt bath
• Sauna time
• Gentle stretching
• Rest and relaxation
• Plenty of water
• Nourishing, mineral-rich foods
❤️ YOUR HEART + MASSAGE
Massage may temporarily influence blood pressure through relaxation and changes in the nervous system and circulation. Some people experience a calming effect, but responses vary. If you have a heart or blood-pressure condition, follow your healthcare professional’s guidance about massage and sauna use.
🧂 MAGNESIUM + HEART HEALTH
Magnesium plays an important role in normal muscle and nerve function, including the heart, and helps regulate blood pressure. Food sources include leafy greens, beans, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
🥬 WHY BEETS?
Beets contain naturally occurring nitrates. Your body can convert these into nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels relax and widen. This can support healthy blood flow and may modestly benefit blood pressure.
🥤 HYDRATING WELLNESS DRINK
Try this refreshing blend:
• 16 oz cold water
• Juice of ½ lemon
• ½ cup coconut water
• A few slices of cucumber
• Fresh mint
• Optional: small splash of beet juice
Mix, chill, sip, and enjoy. 💦
🧠 REMEMBER: THE BODY KEEPS SCORE.
Pay attention to what you say to yourself. Speak life to your body. Speak patience. Speak gratitude. Speak healing. Speak rest.
Your body hears the way you care for it. ❤️
✨ TODAY’S AFFIRMATIONS ✨
“I honor my body and listen to what it needs.”
“I give myself permission to slow down and rest.”
“My body deserves nourishment, movement, hydration, and care.”
“I release tension and make room for peace.”
“I am grateful for all the ways my body supports me.”
“I speak kindly to myself, even on difficult days.”
“I choose wellness one intentional decision at a time.”
🌿 Wellness is not just something you schedule. It’s something you practice.
