We’re celebrating 9 years with Julie Scruggs, one of our massage therapists who brings so much care, intuition, and experience to her work.

When asked what she loves most about Body Specific, her answer was simple: our clients, her fellow bodyworkers, and the leadership that supports them all. 💙

Her favorite service to receive? A 120-minute massage—because there’s plenty of time to truly relax.

Julie has always known she’s a caregiver. Massage was simply the path that felt right for her—and over the years, this work has taught her that she’s much more intuitive than she ever gave herself credit for.

Chloe brings a welcoming, friendly presence to our front desk and is always ready to help make each visit a great one.

✨ Nicole Manriquez — 5 years
Five years of caring for clients, growing as a massage therapist, and being part of the Body Specific team.
Nicole says her favorite part of working here is the constant growth, encouragement, and commitment to challenging ourselves to grow as massage therapists and as people.
Her favorite services? 90-minute massage and 90-minute SARGA Body Work—both an important part of her own self-care.

One thing this work has taught her: “I am just as important as the clients I see.” 💙

✨ Cole Cottin — 1 year
We’re celebrating one year with Cole and are so glad she’s part of our team!
Her favorite part of Body Specific? “I love feeling truly part of a team! We all have each other’s backs.”
She’s currently diving deeper into Sarga Bodywork, which combines deep myofascial release with deep relaxation.
And one thing this work has taught her? That powerful transformation can come from stillness, deep listening, and understanding what each unique body needs.
