Last month, one of our clinics made an extra $30,000.

Not from a fancy new ad campaign. Not from a slick funnel.

From having extra vials sitting in the freezer.

Here's what happened. Patient comes in, booked for 2 vials. Sits down, hears the doctor talk about what's possible, and says "actually... let's do 3." Or asks about exosomes on the spot.

Clinic had it on hand. Clinic got paid. Simple as that.

The clinic that DIDN'T have it on hand. Patient asks. Doctor shrugs. "We can order more, should be here in a few days." Patient's enthusiasm cools by the time it arrives. Maybe they come back.

Maybe they don't.

That's not a shipping problem. That's a money-left-on-the-table problem.

So here's the fix, and it's not complicated:

Get a liquid nitrogen tank or a -80 freezer. Keep extra product on hand. Our top clinics keep about 5 extra vials of each product sitting there, ready to go.

One extra vial pays for the whole setup. Everything after that is pure upside.

Now, the other thing.

We ship FedEx Priority Overnight on everything. FedEx is fine, most of the time. But "most of the time" isn't a business plan.

FedEx does not know your patient has a Friday appointment. FedEx does not care. FedEx will lose a package, reroute a package, or just decide today isn't the day, and there is nothing you or we can do about it when that happens.

So don't let them run your schedule.

Order and ship Monday through Wednesday. Keep a buffer of product on hand.

If something gets delayed, worst case you pull from inventory, and it's a non-event because you planned for it.

Here's the rule: FedEx's timing should never be the reason a procedure does or doesn't happen. If it is, that's not a shipping problem — that's a planning problem, and it's fixable today.

One more thing, and it's a good one.

Patients are getting smarter about this stuff. They're asking questions. They want to know exactly what's in the vial before it goes in their body.

Good. Let them ask.

Because while some clinics are scrambling to explain themselves, you've got the paper trail. Every lot we ship has a COA behind it, and you can pull it up any time here:

We update it as new product comes online. Show the skeptical patient the document. Watch them stop being skeptical.

That's it for now.

The ATOM Stem Cells Team

P.S. Read this email twice if you have to, but don't let it sit in your inbox unread. The clinics making the extra $30K/month and the clinics scrambling every Friday are reading the same emails from us. The difference is who actually acts on them.

Working with stem cell clinics taught us one thing:

The number on the vial means nothing if you don't know what's alive after the thaw.

100 million cells? Great.

Show me the viability. Show me the COA.

We love to show you what is in the Vial!

If the USA is going to really compete in Stem Cells we need to make sure there is transparency in the markets.

What's in a Stem Cell product? How are stem cells created? How are MUSE cells created?

Government regulation made Stem Cell companies go underground which allowed junk product to come into the market.

We are changing this one vial at a time!

If you run a stem cell clinic, this is the one video you need to watch.

This is exactly how MUSE stem cells are actually created — no marketing spin, just the real process.

Thinking about switching suppliers?

P.S. Know what you're putting into your patients. There are plenty of bad actors in this space. Before your next order, get the full COA — count, process, everything documented. We provide it on every lot.

What are exosomes and where do they come from?

If you run a stem cell / regen or joint-pain clinic and you’re tired of paying retainers that don’t turn into actual consults, read this.

We install a performance-based patient acquisition system that sits between your ads and your treatment rooms. In practice, that means your calendar goes from a few random inquiries… to a steady stream of qualified new-patients every week.

Here’s how it works:

1. You fund the ad spend and keep full control of your accounts.

2. We install your entire patient acquisition system. We create the ads, build the funnel, qualify every lead, book appointments, confirm attendance, and deliver qualified consults directly to your calendar.

3. You focus on treating patients. We handle the marketing and patient acquisition, and you simply pay a small platform fee plus a flat fee for each qualified consultation that actually shows up.

In one clinic, that’s meant 22 extra patients in a month. With a $9500+ average case value, a handful of additional patients more than covers a year of our fee.

If you want to see what this looks like, watch the short video of a clinic calendar going from empty to booked with qualified consults.

Tap “Learn More,” watch the breakdown, and if your territory is open you can apply to have us install the same system in your clinic.

You're the one who signs off on it. So you should know what's actually in the vial.

Here's the uncomfortable part of this industry: the cell count on the label was taken before freezing. What matters to your patient is what's alive after it thaws — and most suppliers will never show you that number.

We just filmed ours.

In this video, we pull product straight from cryo, thaw it under controlled conditions, and run a live post-thaw viability count on camera. No cuts. No cherry-picked batch. You watch the count happen and read the number the same moment we do.
Why this should matter to you:

→ Pre-freeze counts tell you nothing about what you're administering
→ Post-thaw viability is the only number that reflects what reaches your patient
→ If a supplier can't show it to you, ask yourself why

Every batch is backed by independent third-party testing through RMLS Labs, with a Certificate of Analysis available on request. What you see on camera is what you receive.

You shouldn't have to take anyone's word for this. Watch it yourself. 👇

Simple Exosome Push

07/04/2026

One of our partner clinics did $123,048 in stem cell revenue last week. That's 1 week! (those are real numbers below)

Seven days. 34 patients. $74,800 in profit.

Here's the part nobody believes until they see it:

We ran the marketing. For free.

You read that right. At ATOM, we don't charge a management fee to run your patient acquisition. No retainer. No percentage of revenue. You fund the ad spend, we build and run the entire machine — the leads, the follow-up system, the automations, all of it.

The only thing we ask?

You buy our product. (because it works and it's a fair price)

That's the deal. We bring you butts in seats. You put a stem cell product in front of them that actually works — not the inflated-particle-count junk floating around out there — and you keep the margin.

At an average procedure of $3,450, your all-in cost runs about $1,000. That's roughly $2,200 in profit per patient. Before the folks buying 3 and 4 vials at a time.

We're looking for 10 clinics ready to do 50+ vials a month.

If you've got the chair and the license, we'll bring the patients and the product!
