Warrior Skin & Massage

Your body deserves to be listened to, not forced. 🙇🏻‍♀️Every session is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and give it the care it’s been asking for. Healing looks different for everyone, and I’m here to meet your body exactly where it is. 🙏🏽✨

Morning movement is how I wake up my body, stretch, breathe, and get my energy flowing. ✨ Taking care of myself first allows me to show up fully for everything and everyone else in my day. 🙏🏽

Move your body. Feel your body. Start your day connected. 💜

I don’t work against the body I listen to it.

So what does fascia work actually mean?

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and connects your muscles, joints, and other structures throughout your body. When areas feel restricted, guarded, or difficult to move, fascia-focused work uses slow, intentional movement and hands on techniques to explore those restrictions rather than simply forcing through them.

For me, fascia work means feeling what the tissue allows, following the body’s response, and respecting its limitations.

No chasing pain.
No forcing range of motion.
No fighting your body.

Every movement. Every touch. Every release is intentional.

The goal is to create an opportunity for more ease, awareness, and freedom of movement working with your body, not against it. 🙏🏽

Healing starts when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it. 💜

Every area of tension has something to communicate. My work is about moving with the body, not against it using intention, movement, fascia work, and therapeutic touch to help create space for change.

This is more than massage to me.
It’s my passion. My purpose. My way of helping you reconnect with the warrior already inside of you.

Breathe. Move. Release. Begin. 🦋

Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s slow, intentional, and simply learning to listen to what the body has been trying to tell you. 😊

My work has never been about just giving a massage. It’s about connection, intention, education, and helping the body find its way back to balance.

This is Warrior Therapeutics healing beyond the surface. ✨

Belly Button Healing ✨
My stomach was a little sensitive today from something I ate last night, so I kept this practice gentle.

Belly Button Healing is a Body & Brain practice that uses gentle, rhythmic stimulation around the belly button and abdomen. It helps bring your awareness back into your body, relax abdominal tension, encourage deeper breathing, and can support comfortable digestion through gentle movement and relaxation.

Today wasn’t about pushing harder it was about feeling, listening, and giving my body what it needed. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

This isn’t just a massage.☺️I work with your body to understand tension patterns, support healing, and give you tools to manage symptoms between sessions.

My goal is to help you understand your body not just give temporary relief.

Appointments available this week. Booking link in bio or DM me if you’re unsure which session to choose.
