Notice of NAM Arbitration Filing — JayLilRose Collection LLC

TikTok Legal/Support Team,

This is a courtesy correspondence to provide notice that JayLilRose Collection LLC has submitted its dispute to the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM) for binding arbitration pursuant to the applicable TikTok Terms of Service. A copy was also emailed to both [email protected] & [email protected]

As the Claimant we previously provided TikTok with formal pre-arbitration notice and allowed the applicable 60-day pre-arbitration period to expire without satisfactory resolution.

The matter has now been submitted to NAM for administration. NAM has confirmed receipt of the filing and advised that an account representative will contact the Claimant regarding the case.
