Taylor Lynn Lancaster Beauty

My toxic trait is always wondering what’s at TJMaxx.

The biggest change wasn’t just the weight.

It was keeping promises to myself. Taking care of my body. Creating routines. Getting disciplined again. Feeling like ME again.

I stopped waiting until I felt motivated and started doing the little things I knew would make me feel better, even on the days I didn’t feel like it.

That’s exactly why I created Back to Her. It’s everything that helped me get back into a rhythm with my meals, movement, routines + mindset.

Because sometimes you don’t need a complete life overhaul. You just need a place to start.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, off track, or just not like yourself lately, comment HER and I’ll send you my full habit checklist. 🤍

Accountability group starts TOMORROW 🤍

Because buying the guide is one thing - actually deciding to show up for yourself is where things start to change.

So I’m starting a private accountability group for every girl who grabs Back to Her. We’re going to work through it together, check in, encourage each other, and actually put the things inside the guide into practice.

Back to Her includes:
✦ simple daily routines + resets
✦ a full workout plan
✦ meal ideas + meal plan
✦ home reset systems + checklists
✦ confidence + mindset
✦ practical ways to start showing up for yourself again
✦ access to our accountability group starting tomorrow

You do not need to have it all together before you start. You just have to decide you’re ready to start showing up differently.

Grab the guide tonight + I’ll add you to the group. 🤍

Comment HER and I’ll send you the link.

I’ve been quietly working on something for weeks, and I’m finally ready to let a few of you get your hands on it before I officially release it!

BACK TO HER was created for the woman who knows she’s ready to start showing up for herself again, but maybe just needs a place to start.

Inside you’ll get:
a full workout + movement plan
meal ideas, recipes + grocery lists
realistic routines + daily habits
home reset systems + checklists
confidence tips
faith, discipline + becoming someone you trust again
printable tools to help you actually follow through

Basically, everything I’ve been implementing in my own life that has changed SO much more than just how I look.

I’m opening up a little early access tonight before I officially launch it. 👀

Drop a 🤍 if you want me to send you the link first

Feeling like myself againnn 🥰
