Aesthetics of the bottles should not by any means be the deciding factor in what lines or products to carry… BUT it is something small to consider. 🤷🏼♀️
We can go on and on about the science and the benefits and why we love a certain product. But hands down, I have seen clients walk to each product and smell them (naturally and not a bad thing) and then make their final choice based on the color of the bottle.
All we can do is educate our clients on what we think they should use. Maybe remind them they can put their products away in cabinets or rebottle them for the shower! 😉

Clients feel it when you make the effort to be on their level. Use the same tone as them, sit down on a cutting stool facing them during your consultation, get on the same page !! They’ll feel the difference and appreciate it.
