First, I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes. Your kind messages truly made my birthday so special, and I feel incredibly grateful to have such amazing clients. After taking a little time to celebrate and recharge, I am feeling refreshed, re-energized, and so excited to be back in the studio!

👁️ LASIK UPDATE

I'm happy to share that my LASIK surgery went great! Recovery has been smooth so far, and I'm incredibly thankful for how everything has gone.

As always, providing the highest quality work is my top priority. If I experience any unexpected changes during my healing that could affect the quality of my services, I will be sure to keep everyone informed. At this time, everything is looking great and I'm excited to be back doing what I love!

✈️ OUT OF OFFICE: SEPTEMBER 11–14

I will be out of town September 11th–14th celebrating my sister-in-law's wedding and will have limited access to my phone during that time.

If you need to make changes to your appointment:

Please use the confirmation email you received when booking to reschedule your appointment (appointments must still fall outside of the 72-hour rescheduling window).
If you've already rescheduled once, you'll need a new deposit (or full payment for paid-in-full services) to book another appointment.

If it's been about a year since your Permanent Makeup appointment and you haven't scheduled your annual touch-up, now is the perfect time!

The holiday season fills up quickly, and keeping your brows refreshed before the busy season helps ensure your color stays looking beautiful all year long.

If you're unsure whether you're due, simply send me a text and I'd be happy to help.

📋 FRIENDLY POLICY REMINDERS

To help keep my schedule running smoothly for everyone, here are a few important reminders:

✔ Appointments must be confirmed through the confirmation text sent the day before your appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

✔ 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

✔ Appointments with a deposit may be rescheduled one time using the same deposit. A second reschedule requires a new deposit, which does not apply toward your service.

✔ Appointments paid in full may also be rescheduled one time using the same payment. If a second reschedule is needed, another full payment will be required to reserve a new appointment.

✔ Late reschedules (within 72 hours) are subject to a $75 late rescheduling fee.

✔ Day-of cancellations are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

✔ No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE

Moving forward, clients who no-show or cancel on the day of their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price using the card on file.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, my calendar typically fills one to two months in advance, and last-minute cancellations are extremely difficult to refill. This policy protects the time reserved exclusively for you and allows me to continue providing a consistent, high-quality experience to every client.

As an artist, I take great pride in my work and want every client to feel happy and confident with their results. If you ever feel dissatisfied or have concerns about your service, please communicate with me. I am always willing to listen and work with you toward a solution. Communication is key, and I truly value the trust you place in me.
