The not so cute side of running a business.
I’ve been doing brows and working with people for the last decade. About 90% of the time I’m servicing the same clients, and by now everyone knows I run a pretty strict program. I do it to protect my business, and I’ll forever stand by my policies.
A 48-hour notice is all I ask.
Can’t make your appointment and it’s after the timeframe? No problem. You pay the cancellation fee, I get you rescheduled, and we move on. It’s actually really simple for most.
The hard part is when someone expects an exception because their reason feels different. But if I bend the rules for one person, the policies stop meaning anything.
Never have I ever had a client pay the cancellation fee and tell me they weren’t coming back. 🤭 If that’s your choice, I completely respect it. I guess it beats being ignored or having a card on file decline.
That said… if paying a fee you agreed to is enough to make you walk away, we probably weren’t the right fit anyway. No hard feelings- just keep that same energy. 🤍
These policies have been on my website and the same for YEARS. They aren’t there to punish anyone. They’re there because every appointment reserved for you is time I can’t offer someone else.
Running a business means having boundaries, and those boundaries are what allow me to continue showing up for the clients who respect my time just as much as I respect theirs.

Can you believe these are her NATURAL lashes? 🙌🏼
My girl came in with long lashes that naturally grow straight downward, and these are the beautiful results after her Korean lash lift.

I also cleaned up her brows and used a little brow glue to give them that laminated look. 🤍

My honest review on the Stain Me stains 👇🏽
What I like:
⟡ No developer needed (we love simple)
⟡ Great shade range
⟡ Way more pigmented than most stains
⟡ Gives that bold, clean brow look FAST
𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒔:
I originally tried ginger on my first girl but that color runs pretty red. We quickly figured out the warm brown was 🤌🏽 chef’s kiss for her. Perfect warmth without pulling red.
Medium brown is a true med. brown — I didn’t have to mix 2 colors to make this shade. This is the shade I use on myself & I have a feeling I’ll be running out of this one first.
Blonde reads more like a light brown, so I’ll stick to my other stains for true blondes.
The light brown leans more golden/yellow, which may not suit everyone depending on skin tone and hair color.
Ｏｎｅ ｔｈｉｎｇ ｔｏ ｋｎｏｗ:
This stain picks up QUICK. I’m talking 2.5 seconds!! It’s very saturated, so you need a light hand and intentional placement. But it is called EXTREME STAIN for a reason. Clients can’t be scared of a bold look.

I love testing and trying new products so I can always give my clients the best brows possible. Not every stain is for every person and that’s totally okay. That’s why it’s good to have options.
