My story begins in 2017. I started to notice that I was getting bumps on the back of my neck with pustules. So this belief went on for a couple more years.
My mother would say "boy you better stop eating all the junk food, that's why you getting those bumps":) Well, black people traditionally have oily skin and eating the "wrong" foods would exacerbate our oily skin and the results would be bumps. Then in 2019, after trying to hide the condition by not wanting anyone to come up behind me in stores or being the last in line to wearing garments that wo
uld try to hide the condition, I decided to go to a dermatologist. He advised that I had contracted Acne Keloidalis Nuchae (see pictures) and of course with that diagnosis, came the "treatment". I was prescribed doxycycline monohydrate, clobetasol, clindamycin and I even had two steroid injections. NONE, I repeat, NONE OF THEM WORKED. I then sought out another dermatologist in 2021 and again was prescribed the same "treatment" options. I was not about to go through that again. So in 2021 I started to experiment with different combinations of natural solutions. The goal? To find a solution with anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties in mind. Then one hit. I found a natural combination that actually reduced the bumps, dried the pustules to the point that it was barely noticeable (see pictures). No more prescriptions for steroid injections, no more pills, no more steroid creams. My confidence and self-esteem returned and needless to say, my I didn't care if someone pulled up behind me anymore. Now I still have to use the tonic and cream regularly even though there no pustules and the inflammation is gone, because the problem will return if I stop using it for more than about three days. However, my ingredients are from nature. They are spices and vegetables and essential oils. It wasn't until a year later did I think to myself, "if this works for me, it has to work for someone else." That's when I started to think that I should make it available to other men who are going through the same thing as I once did and I'm still an active user of the product myself.
